Mallard Lake Apartments

"I would have given 0.5 if that was an option. We lived here for 2 years because we did not have an option to move out due to small baby. If we would have know how this community and the leasing office people and the management is, we would have never picked this place. They fine you for almost everything.Putting lights in your balcony, even for a doormat placed outside your own apartment door. Where else a doormat is supposed to be placed? They take a deposit and find out every possible way to not return a single penny and on top of that charge even more for no reason. When I left Keith asked me to submit the missing items. I told him we are all sick and cannot come in but will definitely drop by to return them by a certain date. I could not make that date so I just called again and informed. But Rachel and Cassandra send me the invoice fir final settlement and ask me to pay for parking tab and fitness and laundry card 140 dollars and when I requested that I will drop by and give them back They said they cannot amend the invoice once created. Basically a bunch of cheaters out there only looking for ways to take your money. Apartments are old, broken and have cracked walls and they never care about any community service but just take money for every small thing you miss. Not recommended at all this place is horrible. "We had a great 5 star experience leasing with Thais. She welcomes every time and greets with smile, enthusiasm, and energy. Good to have: Automatic lights shut off in club house to save electricity when there is no one. Covered parking lots. EV charging stations. + Recycle ♻️ bins."

"Staying here almost a year now and it is nice place to live.leasing office and maintenance staff are awesome. Thais was very supportive in leasing process. I was able to complete the process from my home country. They organised many events for kids and families. Only long pending concern is that AC system(especially heater) doesn’t work at all in master bedroom. Even after technical staff looked at it but no resolution. Due to this master bedroom is of no use during winter. Looking forward for permanent fix. Thanks."

"Overall, a very nice place for the price. Beautiful landscaping and lake, good amenities including 24 hour workout center, and a decent amount of space for the money. The property management goes out of their way to host community events (largely family-oriented), which is nice. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because of a few small things like: the shower temperature regularly has wild fluctuations, the kitchen is quite cramped (counter space is limited enough to make it hard to cook certain things, but for the average person's basic day to day cooking, it would only rarely, if ever, be a problem), the toilets are those terrible little round ones from the 1980s, and the units are not very accessible for people with limited mobility. Despite these issues, though, I would recommend this place for most people."

"I love living at Mallard Lake Apts! Keith was so nice to guide me through the IT technical aspects of the lease and always greets me with a smile as do all of the ladies in the office. Kacey has been wonderful with any of my in home repairs and always has a warm “Hello” and smiles from ear to ear. Just makes me feel warm and welcomed. All of my neighbors are so nice. I am blessed!
