"I was not given the correct amount of change back. When I informed the cashier, of course, she didn't agree. I know exactly what I gave her. The amount I was shorted will not break me, however, what gets me is she was on her cell phone the whole time she was checking me out. Maybe management should consider not letting employees talk on their phones during work while being paid to take care of customers. I won't go back to that location."

He asked us if we found everything we were looking for today and politely laughed at my husband's response of "yeah, and it was all on sale for a dollar!" and we had a quick bonding over dad jokes that are well delivered."
