"I just got a bill from a flu shot 8 months ago. My shots are covered, so it could be fraudulent. We called this location, and they said to just pay it. They told me that you have to challenge a bill like this within the first 5 days. Again, it's been 8 months. Needless to say, I'll never use Walgreens again."

"Every time I visit this pharmacy something goes wrong. They either lose my paper script, message me when RX is ready and I wait in line for a half hour for them to tell me it’s not ready. When I asked why I got a text stating it’s ready when it’s not the technician tells me it’s automated and not always ready when it says it is. Unbelievable! They are super slow and some technicians have major attitude problems. I will be transferring all my stuff over to Osco across the street going forward."

"1 star, zero if I could this walgreens is so slow.. I saw them take pharmacists from filling scripts to give shots. Unbelievable. This bad service is nothing new but this pandemic has caused it to be so much worse. This isn't a new thing, its absolutely horrendous. I even get texts that my medicine is ready and when I get there it's not"
