"The therapist and other staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. Very friendly and helpful with any questions we needed. However, Michelle the Practice Manager, was hands down the most unprofessional “leader” I’ve ever encountered in a medical setting. The voicemails and texts she sent regarding payment and a consent form was very rude & should have been addressed in a more appropriate manner. Especially since it was the practice’s fault those were not taken at the time of my child’s previous therapy appointment. At the end of our phone conversation I cancelled my child’s appointment. Besides the practice manager, it was a good place and would recommend the therapist"
"So I spent half hour last week setting up two virtual appointments with Craig Janowiak. Gave insurance info etc. Get a call today and office person said Craig only does 15 min intake calls and in-person sessions. This afternoon the person last week took my email address and said I would get a link 15min before meeting. And after Cigna insurance info said telehealth offered (last update to profile 9/29/22). Call it what it is ...you want to see patients where you will make the most money so you had to create an excuse. So unprofessional!!!"

"Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing therapist! After trying out many therapists in the past for my 9 year old we finally found Craig. My son loves coming to see Craig and has made so much progress since starting here a couple months ago. Not only is Craig amazing, but the receptionist Tammy makes you feel so welcome every time and she is just the sweetest! It is such a relief to finally have found a place my son feels comfortable while working through things that may not be so comfortable."
"There is something very unique about this group. They take the time to fit you with the right therapist. They may not tell you what you want to hear, but if you are willing to do the work, they will help you grow and improve. I am forever grateful for all the support through a most difficult year. Amy, Shannon, Lacey, Michelle.... front office to back..... Dr. Alan knows how to put a good staff together. And, the dog is cute. (Hi Sampson!!) Thank you."
