Illinois Public Safety Training Group
Illinois Public Safety Training Group, located at 9800 South Roberts Road in Palos Hills, Illinois, is a health institution offering 39 Multi-STATE Illinois & Florida Concealed Carry Training Classes. To obtain an Illinois Concealed Carry License (CCW), residents must complete 16 hours of in-person training and pass a 30 round course of fire at the range. Our instructors, both civilian and law enforcement, have real-world training and experience. Classes are held in either a 2-day session on consecutive days or a 4-night session over two weeks, with weekday & weekend classes running from 7:30am - 4:30pm and weeknight classes from 5:30pm - 9:30pm. Live fire range qualifications are held off-site on the last day of class. No FOID card or firearms are needed to attend. Live Scan Fingerprinting Services are available on site for an additional fee. A $40 range fee includes necessary equipment and ammunition. Students will learn about Illinois statutes related to dwelling, aggressor, forcible felony, and unlawful use of weapons.
