"Please, please, please spare yourself the headache. First, the front desk staff is truly incompetent. I tried to schedule an apt for therapy, stating my son had just underwent an exist evaluation through Options and Advocacy. They advised that I was required to have my son evaluated by their office before I could schedule therapy. I told them my availability and they didn't have anything that week, so I got a babysitter for my other child to go outside of my availability. I advised when I checked in, before the evaluation, that I would like to schedule his upcoming therapy and expressed my concern with their availability. She said they cannot schedule until evaluation is complete but did not seem concerned about finding a future apt time for therapy. The evaluation was a joke - the therapist literally read questions from a binder, barely looked at my child, and didn't engage directly with him. He was wearing a mask (COVID) as was the therapist. We were in a room the size of a very small walk-in closet. These are terrifying conditions for a 3 year old to be evaluated, and as a result my son did not say a single word. He clung to my side in fear the whole torturous 45 minutes. There is no way to evaluate speech if the child does not speak. Then, I get a call a week later to schedule his therapy - sure enough they only have 1 available time and it's the ONLY evening I'm not available. I asked them to call me if times become available and I called them back in follow up 2 weeks later - nothing. Then I get a bill for $250. $250 for a seemingly poorly trained therapist to lock my child in a closet for 45 minutes and not have any positive outcome for him is outrageous. I should have listened to the other reviews, but I've been desperate to find a therapist for my son that accepts our insurance. I'm disgusted with NWM and they have forever lost me and my family as patients."

"The receptionists here are very friendly. I've met several speech and occupational therapists, they are absolutely amazing! From the initial evaluation to his weekly appointments, the professionalism and accommodations have been top notch. The waiting areas are very clean, and they have a little play area on one side with toys, tables and books. I recieved the referral from his PCP. They contacted my insurance to see what they would cover. My insurance responded promptly and we were seen several days later. I was amazed at how quickly we were able to get the ball rolling. My son adores them and really enjoys going to his appointments. They give me updates on what they worked on that day and for speech they give us worksheets to do at home. They are very thorough and have really helped him excel. I highly recommend taking your child here. You will not be disappointed with the wonderful staff!"
