"Came here for a #19 extraction. He offered me a $2,010.00 crown. I refused it. I asked for the tooth to be pulled out. He proceeded to pull the tooth. I was given 6 injections. Mid way he panicked, because I experienced pain and said he could not complete the extraction because the tooth wasn’t numbing. Now I walked out of their office with a broken tooth that he broke with his instruments. I came to another dentist right after since the referral for the UIC appointment is 8 months out. My new dentist tells me the tooth can be repaired even after Ali from Bedford dental broke it. Now that my new dentist informed me about how much better it would be if I fix my natural tooth I gladly paid the new dentist for the root canal. I will be getting my crown in the next few weeks. Your practice was trash. Everyone stay away. They caused me unnecessary pain."

"I've been looking for a good dentist for a couple of years but wasn't too sure where to go so I stayed where I've been going for years although I just wasn't satisfied. I decided it was time to find myself another dental office so I called Bedford Dental and I honestly have to say it was the best decision I ever made! I was lucky enough to get an appointment for the very next day! Dr. Zaki was the dentist that did the dental cleaning. He was very polite and very thorough. He kindly explained everything and gave me a breakdown of what he recommends I try to take care of. He made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. I was very happy with the results of my dental cleaning and I will be returning for my six month dental cleaning. His assistant and the rest of the staff were also very sweet."

"Went there these past couple weeks to get a molar filled in and it went great. They inspect and clean every tooth and at the end give you a run down with prices on what the dr thinks you should get done. Also a price on the reason you are there for. I chose to not do all the other things recommended because I wanted to focus on my bad molar. They operated that same day and it came out great so far. They also have payment plans. Professional receptionist and professional staff overall."

"This office never disappoints! I've been coming here for a few years now. For myself and my kids and they're always the best! Today in particular my 6yr old daughter had a super loose front tooth and I just felt more comfortable letting the dentist take it out instead of me or her dad. So she started to get a little scared and nervous but the dentist we seen was soooo calm and patient with her. He literally sat there and told her to tell him when she is ready to take it out. He needed to give her a shot in her mouth so she doesn't feel anything and finally took it out. He was so kind and welcoming and so was his assistant. I always recommend this office to everyone I know"
