Coventry Senior Apartments

"I left a positive review not long after moving in, but the nightmare began around 6 weeks in with the raw sewage flood. Worst place I have lived! I lived there for a year and couldn't wait to move out. I've had raw sewage on my floors, and management didn't even offer to wash my rugs or pay for the machine or soap. I had to beg. I had to put up with a neighbor smoking in their apartment and the smoke coming into my apartment for months before something was done. I lived directly above, an axaust for the furnace and every Monday evening at 5:30ish this thing would make the most horrible noise and stink!! Omg!! Fumes come into the apartment for about an hr. I was lied to multiple times about how my $500.00 bike came up missing. because it had a flat tire. Management said they tried for months to locate the owner, but a simple note on the bike would have been the way to do that, but instead, it was sawed off by the maintenance guy. D. and taken somewhere (they wouldn't tell me where). I never saw it again! It was the last birthday gift I had received from my diseased partner. While I was there, I heard so many aweful stories about people's cars getting towed and property missing. I would not recommend this property!"

"I have lived in Coventry Apts for the last year and it's been a total nightmare. We have had raw sewage on the floor from backup . And the office staff is horrible to fesl with ie Becky and Brenda. Kim is eseasi to get along with and maintenance is ok But sometime management entires your apartment without notice and for no reason other than to snoope around. I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone and would never place my loved ones here no matter what Just stay away from this place and hopefully owners will wake up one day and make the necessary changes PLEASE STAY AWAY from Coventry Apartments and they also have a very serious bed bug problem at the prrdpre I'm getting the hell out of here in the near future"

"This place is a total joke! There friendly when you first move in, then bam they treat you like your trash. The residents there are totally scared of the office due to there unfriendliness. Becky she the most vile person in the office,and she's in charge of collecting checks,filing your paper work. Good luck with that. Then you have randy the maintenance man, this guy will come in your apartment when your gone,and nosey around then report back to office everything your doing wrong.I feel this is not a good place for our loving elders, nice appartments just not good staff. " Oh I'm sorry criminals ". There is so many great residents there,and there all treated like prisoners. I still wonder why the state has not shut this place down or got rid of VILE office workers.....sorry only telling the truth"
