Community Consolidated School District 46, located at 565 Frederick Road in Grayslake, Illinois, is dedicated to empowering learners, creating equity, and cultivating community. With over 4,000 students, teachers, administrators, and support staff members, our district serves seven communities in northeastern Illinois. Situated just 40 miles north of Chicago and 14 miles west of Lake Michigan, CCSD 46 encompasses a diverse population from the villages of Grayslake, Third Lake, Hainesville, Round Lake, Round Lake Park, Round Lake Beach, and Lake Villa. Our district consists of eight schools, including neighborhood schools for grades K-4, a K-8 neighborhood school, a 5-6 intermediate school, a 7-8 middle school, and an early childhood center located within one of our K-4 buildings.
