"I understand they are under new ownership as other reviews have stated. We arrived late on a Friday when the store was already closed. It was difficult to find our campsite. The sites were really stacked next to one another and they were up late into the night. We wanted to go to bed early as we were in town for a Tough Mudder. The bathrooms and showers were not sanitary. The store was also not open on Saturday and we were unable to purchase firewood. Would not come again."
"Josh, Chasady and Mitch were a blast to meet. Visited blackhawk campground to take a tour. Highly recommend coming out to the campground which will be a year round resort with many upgrades planned in the near future. Take a tour see all that is offered you won't be disappointed!!! Can't wait to head back to hang out with our friends we meet today and have some drinks with."
"We went for a presentation by Mitch and he was very knowledgeable with plan offers for camping. He took us through the campground, which has alot to offer...with more coming in the future! Joshua added his insights! Enjoyed our visit!!"
"Had the tour today with Joshua though the tour was great as was he the fact that once you leave the deal is off the table and it goes from $15000 joining fee to a $26000 fee to join the coast to coast program rubbed me the wrong way and that put it out of my mind as an option because that is definitely a major purchase that cant be decided in 1 hours time.... As i said Josh was great but its definitely just like a timeshare but for camping and thats not for me or my family! As far as what they have planned for the property it will be an awsome place for the people who indulge in the program! Thanks again Josh you were great at the info and tour!"
