"I really enjoy living here. Most of my friends and colleagues want to live in the city, but the quiet suburban life is for me. At AMLI, I feel safe. I appreciate that the grounds are always well kept and that maintenance requests are always attended to in a timely fashion. The location is convenient for getting onto express and tollways. I love that there’s an Amazon locker and I never worry about mail or packages getting stolen. The units themselves are nice, get lots of natural light, and provide surprisingly good noise isolation. My only complaint is that the prices here are, dare I say, unreasonably high (yet competitively still on the lower side as far as comparable rental communities in the area, believe it or not). I remember in 2019 I rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 office unit here for $1800. Now in 2023, that same unit is $2400 and my current 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit is $2000. The rent was raised 10% after only one year of living here. And I assume it’ll be raised again. I get inflation is sweeping the nation, but my jobs don’t all of the sudden pay me 10% more. That said, the property is great and I’d recommend it to anyone who has the money."

"7/31/23: Absolutely love living here! Community, amenities, residents and the Staff are AMAZING! Placed a service call last night for the smoke detector beeping and guess who appears…. Jeremy A! Can’t say enough about his customer service, experience and overall great attitude! He’s definitely one of The Best! Hands down would recommend this community to anyone! Placed a service call online last night about a water issue outside my front door, Jeremy Adams was there first thing the next morning. Replaced my water heater within a couple of hours. Extremely professional and outstanding customer service! A+..Jeremy is the absolute BEST!"

"We love living here! My absolute favorite amenity is the community garden. It brings me so much joy going down there to get fresh herbs and lettuce. Laney in the office is so friendly and helpful as well, and Jeremy from maintenance is just as wonderful. They have a great team here."
