"I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The older Asian doctor I saw didn't greet me and immediately began questioning me about my medication for anxiety and depression. Despite informing her that I hadn't taken any for years, she refused to believe me and insisted her staff check my profile. Her dismissive attitude and accusations of dishonesty made me feel belittled and disrespected. This interaction was far from the compassionate care I expected. I will never return here."

"Today I accompanied my mother to her appointment. She’s been a patient here for over 20 years and has never had issues or complaints. However, the nurse my mother had today, Ashley, was absolutely horrible. She injected her with such force and anger, I was shocked. One hour later and my mother’s pain stretches from her neck to her fingertips. During the whole interaction that took all but 5 minutes she was short and rude with my mother. I don’t understand why this has occurred since my mother was nothing but kind with her. We have called to complain, not taken very seriously by the doctor. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day, but you don’t have that luxury to when working in healthcare. Absolutely terrible. Do better please."

"This place is not what it used to be! The new staff member they have is not a friendly workable person at all. I never had any issues getting medication from them for almost 10yrs, a new staff comes in and many issues from start working with her! I drove 30 miles there 3x to be turned around with no medication because blood pressure too high? I never had this issue for over 10plus years! The other ladies I worked with treated me well. This new girl is such an over talker, she over talks doctor, you ask doctor a question she cuts her off instead of letting doctor speak! Everytime I went it was a made up excuse of why I couldn't get medication with the same girl, whi also tried to tell me I should be getting medication from them not Walgreens? You cant tell people where they spend their money. I was close to going off on this young lady but kept my cool.They need to train this young lady how to be more accommodating to others situations. She is not helpful at all. I will never go back here again and that young lady she's horrible! You guys lost a good customer"

"I have been assigned Wanda a couple of times as I come in for refills. She is the best. She takes the time to listen and is very encouraging."
