Private rentals are available for up to 100 people, as well as designated birthday party areas for up to 20 people. Groups must make reservations through the Alton Parks & Recreation office before entering the splash pad area. The facility also features concession and restroom facilities, promoting water conservation, environmental education, and water-based recreation.
