Lauren Suhayda is who I usually see and am always impressed with the time she takes to listen to my concerns. She also explains in layman’s terms and in full detail her answers to any questions I have. Recently I have begun to get my c-pap supplies from Northwestern. Lauren arranged contact with that department and everything went as smoothly as could be hoped for. I would highly recommend both Lauren and Northwestern to any of my friends or family."
"Well I had trouble with Dr.Gordy from the start he told to be quite and that he is the physician and that he will ask the questions. He won't listen or let you express your concerns about your health it's a bit like you got sent to the principals office. I requested a new doctor and was told they wouldn't let me change to a different doctor in the office so I went to another provider to get away from a rude disrespectful doctor and when I complained about his behavior the way he talked to me they seemed to act like it was OK and had happened many times like it was a common problem and it was just his personality."
