"Place is great, the staff is great my food is always well done & even when theyre stuck with a lot of orders considering they have orders coming through the drive thru, inside the store and online they manage to get it done even if it’s a wait . I read the reviews and some people clearly don’t know how to check their orders before they leave anywhere or just don’t have any common sense..that their order isn’t the only one in the world . They’re just people some of the age of your kids and or training imagine someone being absolute rude over food and the staff is trying to manage teaching , preparing and taking care of orders while trying to mantain everything running smoothly .a lot of you say “the order is not that hard” being patient and kind isn’t either.., some of you need to lay off the coffee and get something stronger the coffee clearly doesn’t cover misery."
"Just a few months ago, I would tell you this was my favorite Dunkin to go too. They changed management for the mornings, and it shows, badly. The complaining in front of customers and making orders incorrectly is abhorrent. I used to go out of my way to come to this location. Heads up to owner, if you notice an increase in ticket times, decline in sales, and increased customer dissatisfaction… The new manager is the reason why."
"CHECK YOUR ORDER PEOPLE, they mess up! I ordered a pumpkin foam cold brew, got nothing like it! And I even said are you sure this is the pumpkin cold brew?? She says oh yes it is, I said well I wouldn’t have gotten whipped cream but ok, I’m not a huge coffee drinker so I didn’t know it shouldn’t have looked like that. Only to find out after I left I got caramel sugar nasty!!! And I was using my $2 offer and paying by gc, again to find out she charged full price, not $2."
