"I went to the emergency room last year and my primary doctor was out. I saw Dr. Doss in the meantime and she accused me of going to two different emergency rooms and blamed it on my anxiety and made me cry in her office to later apologize and say oh, I see here that it was actually only one visit. Inconsiderate and rude and unhelpful. I don’t know who gave her 5 stars. She is what is wrong with healthcare and gaslights patients. I don’t like to write bad reviews, but I’ve been sitting on this for over a year and it’s still disturbs me when I think about it."
"I would not recommend Dr. Doss to anyone. I have never had a pleasant experience with her. She does not listen to me. She is NEVER on time and my appointment is always rushed. She staff is also extremely rude at the homer glen facility."
"I was very impressed with the questions the doctor asked when she was trying to determine the cause of my condition. She ordered lab tests while I was there. This was on a Friday. I was very surprised to get a message through My Loyola on Sunday morning inquiring about my condition. We exchanged several messages on Sunday. I can't remember if I ever had a doctor who took time on a Sunday to check on a patient who was not hospitalized. I feel that Dr. Doss is an excellent physician who genuinely cares about her patients. I highly recommend her."
