"They cancelled my psychiatry appointment three times, all within 24 hours of the appointment. Each one had to be scheduled out for several months later. When they finally managed to keep an appointment, I showed up ONE minute late and was told my appointment was now cancelled. Again, I had to schedule for several months out. I’m switching to a new provider as soon as possible. I need to change my medication and they are making it impossible. I have been waiting for nine months. Don’t choose Robert Young if you want a reliable provider."

"Purple-Haired girl at reception is rude as hell. I called, would be 5 minutes late. 5 minutes late, and she marked me as a no-show and chewed me out. I was shopping for desperately needed self-care items at Target for my Mother and myself. I told you I'd be there shortly. Thanks for all your "help". I won't return to Robert Young. I know I have options. This person has no business working with mental health patients, and I told her exactly that. Judgmental, curt, rude, won't listen, hates her job, but won't quit. Zero empathy. We are ALL in crisis by the time we reach out for help. I thought I could trust you. You destroyed that trust 200%. Robert Young has some burned-out, bitter employees. Find another job. You are horrible at this job and don't deserve it. You idiot. You were just as rude yesterday, too. Purple-Haired Women tend to Stand Out for a Reason. You need to take a vacation. And just forget you canned response about caring. I already left a message. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. How can you even look yourself in the mirror when you treat the mentally ill with mean-spirited abuse? I couldn't even get past the receptionlist. I'd hate to get meds prescribed by one of your psychiatrists. Please. You're a joke, for years. I'll be contacting the Board of Directors soon. You always have a higher authority, even you're convinced the buck stops with you."

"There are institutions, such as the military, when an authority says “jump”, you ask how high. This place is ran along the same lines. I work reasonable hours and I have to take my precious excused time off of work to use for this. Just no grace for patients here."

"If I could give them zero stars I would , the nurses line never answers the phone or calls back after leaving voicemails , and it’ll take you 3 weeks to get refills , If you want great care and want help with your mental health I would definitely not recommend them. Don’t waste your time."

"Keep getting rescheduled with therapist that don’t take my insurance and of course they wait until the day of my appt until i’m in the room for them to tell me that. I was at robert young inpatient back in april and i still DONT have a therapist. Don’t waste your time with them!"
