"The doctor was dismissive, gave false information about medications, demonstrated a complete lack of knowledge about mental health, and was neglectful. Filed a formal complaint and waiting on outcome, will change my review to match if I am satisfied by how it's handled."

"I thought it was just me but trying to make an appointment the second time I get the same lady to schedule an appointment and she is still very rude then slammed the phone because I’m sick and she can’t hear me. The first time it was just a checkup and I was well it’s too bad because the doctor and nurse are great. I pray she learns compassion for others. Who needs that when you are sick."

"My husband I have have been going to Dr Chatrath for 20 years we've lived in the area. Wouldn't have it any other way. His Nurse Practitioner, Keri is wonderful. Heidi is a very nice, warm, and friendly face at the reception desk. Only negative about this office is that not all front desk personnel are a nice as Heidi. But overall I still give this medical group a 5."

"Went in to visit Dr Maceren was looking for a new doctor because my primary doctor and I had a disagreement. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Doctor literally yelled at me. I have never experienced this in my life a doctor treating a patient like that. 1/10 because the office lady was nice so was the nurse"

"Horrible customer care, the manager is rude and is not an honest individual, doctors constantly run 30-45 minutes late, push pills that are not needed, won’t return phone calls, won’t answer the phone, the girls where you check in are constantly rude & stone faced, and the overall experience is horrible. My family has been going there since 2012, and I can sadly say we are now willing to drive 45 minutes for regular appointments just to avoid this place! It’s just gets worse and worse every year! Dr. Chatrath is the only doctor worth a grain of salt, but it’s too hard to see him."
