"Called the day before to have medications ready. When I went to pick it up over 24 hrs later, one was never filled. This happens often. If there is an issue with insurance or Dr, they do not call and let you know. Insurance isn't called... "they don't have time to call" (That is part of their job)"
"II HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS SO NICE TO ME. I JUST WISH THEY HAD MAIL ORDER LIKE CVS. IT IS NOT ALWAYS EASY TO GET THERE WHEN THE WEATHER IS BAD."
"Usually have good service but not yesterday.Went to the pickup lane for a prescription pickup.An employee told me I'd have to go inside to pick up.What is the purpose of pick up??? Is it time to go back to mail ordering my meds? It may be if service doesn't improve."
"This pharmacy is absolutely useless and if they didn't have the cheapest drug prices in the area I wouldn't even go to them. One of my meds comes pre packaged and all they have to do is slap a sticker on it and it's ready to go and on multiple occasions I have been told it was ready to be picked up and not only was it not ready but they took 2+ hours to PUT A STICKER ON and hand it over. They also can't count to save their life let alone save YOUR life. If you can afford it, go somewhere else."
"OMG! Worse pharmacy EVER! If you call them, they put you on eternal hold until you finally hang up waiting on them ( 15 minutes later) If you go to the store, you wait for forever, only to be told your prescription is not ready. ( two days after doctor sent it in. How darn long does it take to count out 30 pills and put them in a bottle?? If I could give them MINUS 10 stars, I would!"
