"This past Saturday I found a set of keys in our building lobby. I wanted to drop them at the office because someone might actually be looking for their keys. Now remember Friday was cooler and reached freezing temperatures that night into Saturday morning. As I walked up to the office I slipped and fell on some ice because nobody in this company knows how to be proactive. I slipped and now I'm in the hospital with a fractured knee. This place us just a constant mess and nothing ever gets done before something happens. If you had simply put ice down then I wouldn't have slipped. Stay away from thus place especially if you are expecting things to be taken care of before something happensCannot wait toget awayfrom this complex. Go somewherewlse don'tlive here. ."

"I hate it here. It took a month for inspections to let me and my family move in. The water is always getting cut and runs orange. It’s always nasty in the hallways. It’s a boy who doesn’t live here that sleeps in the hallway of my building who leaves a mess and breaks the locks to get in. I always smell cigarettes and weed in my apartment and nobody smokes in here. They keep threatening to evict for not paying the next months rent early. There is barely kitchen counter space. Maintenance enters apartment without you giving permission. They barely shovel the snow. My packages never get delivered. Also it’s a universal key to the buildings which is super creepy especially since people can randomly walk in. Washers and dryers never work and stain my clothes with that nasty water. I hear all my neighbors music. Overpriced for this dump. So much more I could talk about"

"trust me its not worth it. any maintenance issue after hours they are charging us extra via zelle to do they job. charging $1000 for outdated apartment. refrigerator do not keep food cold enough. food expire after 3 days. dishwasher outdated and leaks. nasty carpets from the hallways and inside. burnt cigarettes in the hallway walls. unprofessional and unwelcoming people in the leasing. attitude is outrageous"

"Gawd Awful place to live. If I could give 0 stars I would. I moved here from Florida in October of 2021. Wasn't able to see my unit until the day of signing my lease, due to Management changing. The hall entrance is just utterly disgusting with carpet that is beyond nasty and soiled with a terrible stench, the lock on the main entrance door is still broken (6 months of me being here), the main entrance door is gross and dirty to the point where I constantly have a paper towels on hand, so that I don't have to touch it when opening. They don't shovel the snow from the stairs or salt them, so it's basically an accident or death trap waiting to happen. I've never seen the gym nor pool open and as for the laundry room, forget it just find a laundry mat. For $1000+ a month it's shameful. I don't even invite guests over for company. If I stay until my lease is up it will be a miracle. I've already started looking elsewhere. As I leave out to run errands this morning, this is the current state of the main entrance door. Unbelievable."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! The management team and office staff are beyond ignorant on so many levels! They will not lift a finger do the most basic of requests, like it's beneath them! Recently someone was shot at right outside, 3 tenants innocent cars were shot up during this, Not a single phone call from the management staff to any of the the tenants after this shooting. Tenants smoking weed & cigarettes in the hallway then putting out there cigarette butts on the walls. Security doors were broken for months on end, so anyone could come into the building. Hallways are filthy, Laundry machines have been broken for over a year. Have to go to the post office to pick up packages!! In a age where everything is bought online this is so frustrating! When i first moved in packages were left at the office for you, that was so convienent. But after the 3rd 4th or 5th owners of this place all the commen decency is gone!Trust me for the exact cost there are many other beautiful apartments or even houses you can lease. Trust these reviews I could go on and on with much more, bugs, bats, entering your apartment without notifying you, Huge late fees after the 5th day. Nothing I said is exaggerated!!
