"My partner + dog are halfway through our first year at Park 150 and we are so happy with our 1bd/1ba apartment! When we moved in, our unit’s appliances are up to date and very clean [our fridge was actually brand new]. The building’s amenities are well kept as well. Speaking of, the maintenance team is friendly and will never fail to make us smile with a joke in passing. Obeb always has a treat in his pocket for our doggo. It’s easy to request a repair in our online portal. Both the maintenance and office team are very responsive to any concerns that we have had. Overall, we are happy to be in the heart of Lombard with Park150!"

"Do not live here. The heat in my apartment went out in January and it was not fixed for nearly an entire month. Leaving us without heat in the middle of the winter. We were provided two space heaters which blew a fuse every time we attempted to use them. We were provided little to no communacation during this time and they did nothing to compensate this error because "they did everything they could". So if you'd like heat when its 20 degrees outside this is not the place for you."

"We can’t workout using balls at 9am it’s a gym and they want us to have “noise control” when the equipment is there they want you to control how you use it it’s well after “quiet time”, management puts charges on your account without discussing it with you first and the amenities are not all even open for you to use. This was posted at 9am ****update: then Micheal calls me to tell me I’m being “difficult” after posting a HONEST review of my experience! Completely unprofessional and unacceptable to call me and yes I have the proof of the call*** the call was at 1:51pm"

"Moved in in August 2023. Wasn't able to tour onsite, but Joanna was flexible and able to give me a virtual tour. Friendly and attentive office staff. The maintenance crew is always quick to resolve any service requests. They are working hard to make improvements to the building. And who doesn't love to grab a free cup of coffee in the Cyber Cafe?! :) Added bonus, walking distance to the train station, so my daily commute is a breeze!"
