"I went in today to ask for a funeral arrangement in a basket with sunflowers for my Aunt for tomorrow after driving over 20 hours straight through to get here. They were kind, supportive and just look at this gorgeous arrangement they created in less than two hours!"

"I came in here, very emotional, to order an arrangement for a dear family friend’s funeral/wake. I said that I wanted something “regal and substantial,” mostly white with dark blue/violet hints or accents. I specified roses. I explained that cost didn’t matter, and I wanted them to be perfect. This was 6 days before I needed the arrangement. I should have turned around and walked out when I showed the man who was helping me a few “inspiration photos” of what I wanted it to look like, and he snootily told me that the photo I showed him was “from 1-800-flowers, and they were not that.” I explained again through tears of grief that they were just photos for inspiration, I wasn’t expecting an exact replica. There were very few fresh flowers in the store, and he didn’t show me any examples or pictures or anything, so I put my trust in him and again let him know how important these flowers were to me. I then paid $180 and left it in his hands. Well, today I went to the wake, and I didn’t even recognize which flowers were from me. Filled with Lillies with only a couple roses, the flowers were more yellowish than white, and instead of violet or blue accents, the accent flowers were a bright purple. I could have lived with this, had it been a grand display. It was not. It was pretty small- comparable to a $70-90 premium bouquet from my husband. This was my first and last time using Bloomingfields. I didn’t think to take a picture of the flowers at my good friends viewing, I was too busy comforting others and receiving comfort. They should be ashamed with themselves for taking advantage of someone in the shock of grief at one of the hardest times of their life. Shame on you, Bloomingfields."

"Wonderful floral arrangements at this shop. If you are looking for quality flowers that last weeks then Bloomingfields it is a great place to go. Yes, if you are looking for cheap flowers you can pick those up at Jewel, but if you are looking for high quality flowers for any occasion I highly recommend this place. I have been going there for years and use them for my holiday parties, funerals, and thank you arrangements and have never been disappointed."
