"I called to order 9 books and asked if I could pay in advance and pick them up in a couple of days to save on shipping, I was told I should wait until the day before to call back to order the books. Bad customer service. Never let a paying customer off the phone and tell them to call back another day. Horrible missed opportunity. I ended up just going ahead and ordering the books online and paying for shipping. I will wait to update review after they are delivered. On a good note, the books are super reasonably priced and shows a dedication of the Nation to make sure that anyone who wants one can afford to purchase the words of The Honorable Elijah Muhammad, who has been credited with positively changing the lives and mindset of millions of Blacks- Would I shop here? YES!"

"I order some books and the books was. not what I needed so i returned. them. When I ask for a refund I was told there are no refund. I ask the person where is your refund policy on the website for consumers .she said she can't help and transfer my call. I have been given the run around for two weeks.I can't seem contact anyone. I was also told it is only in store refund.so I submit a complaint with consumer affair. I will call my lawyer on Monday. I want a refund"
