Walgreens Pharmacy

"On at least five separate occasions this pharmacy has not had my prescription ready when they said they would have it ready, and I've had to drive back 3 times. The staff is completely inept and incompetent. I will not be picking up my prescription here again."

"I wish I could give a zero star. The SLOWEST pharmacy I have ever been to. They never know what’s going on. The are rude and all around incompetent. Not sure how or why it would take someone 20 minutes to retrieve a prescription."

"Never transferred prescription to Bensenville location as promised, only to find out when I arrived at Bensenville location. Come back to Addison after sitting on hold for 20 minutes and they said oops, sorry we didnt call you but it is ready for pick up, head back over. Then wasn't bubble gum flavored and said, sorry that's not recommended for this type of med ( then why approve it when the order was placed in person) only to sit in the drive through for them to fill the script I was notified was filled 3 hours ago. Still sitting inline 20 minutes later with a line around the building and no one has come to the window, just talking through speaker. Terrible service and they don't seem to have their stuff together."

"You have to wait 20 minuets in pharmacy line at any time of the day you go to this location. I have tried morning midday evening and late night before they close and you are always waiting 20 minuets or more. The other problem of this pharmacy is that 50% of the pharmacy tech staff have no clue what they are doing. They can not enter insurance or discount cards without you telling them how to do their job. And when I called for why a medication was not being filled once I was told it was out of stock and they did not know when they were going to get more in and then I called back later in the day and was told it is now discontinued availability. So I called my doctors office and they told me no it is not being discontinued the factory is about a month behind in making medication. I have called and talked to a “manager” and was told that they are working to making the pharmacy department run better since they changed the hours. Stop misleading your customers and tell them the truth. My next medication refill that I need filled will not be at this location."
