"Been meaning to make a review. This Starbucks location is my absolute favorite in Illinois. The service is out of this world, they remember your name and face even if you come only once a week. Every visit I come there, they make my Venti Iced Matcha Latte, w/ Coconut Milk and Vanilla Syrup perfectly. This is the only location that I trust will make their beverages right and do it by the cook book no matter who they hire as staff. They are also some of the nicest people and it's underrated how well they do their job."
"Starbucks in highland Park is racist they put on a Passat like they are and not my daughter is black worked there for 9 months on January 4th 2024 she approached by a non black customer who had a problem because she forgot to double a cup and she apologized to the customer and than the non black customer approach her once again and he started you should stay on focus and my daughter felt scared of the customer so she responded back to the customer she didn't cuss at the customer she knows the policy and well after that the non black customer left a comment that he is a 50 years highland Park IL residents had been leaving bad comments and threatening to the store and calling ,so my daughter had to fill out paperwork on this and it was supposed to be investigated but it was not the store manager and the DM so on. Jan.24th 2024 she was fired ,and some of the other employees didn't not stand with her but an other employee had issues with and employee and he still work there oh cause his non black and the customer is not always Right."
"One of the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to! Clean, decent amount of seating inside and a beautiful plaza with outdoor seating options. Would absolutely stop at this location again. They made the absolute perfect matcha green tea latte."
"Was there today. Appears that Starbucks knows how to switch signs on their restrooms, but doesent know what automatic flush is. Took photos of both restrooms at the same time. Seriously???! Coffee was not good ether, asked with cream - got with 1% milk."
"Dirty Dirty Dirty. Called corporate. No one has followed up. I spend 5.00 or more at least 4x week. Most Starbucks are Dirty. Again I have called corporate. They don't follow up or care. It's so Gross. Staff is nice.. Butttt"
