"Good prices, poor quality furniture, and terrible customer service. I bought a pieces of furniture from Roy's 6 months ago, and in that time it broke twice. The repair process was quick, but broke again soon after. After the second breakage, I requested a refund on my goods, most likely to buy another piece from the store. However, I was left waiting for my refund for three additional months. I would reach out to their customer service line and would be met with an answering machine, and email threads would go weeks without response. It was only when I started going back to their store location and meeting with their sales team that my refund request got moving. The Sales Associate, Mark, was very helpful and helped conclude the three month process of getting my refund but this whole ordeal concluded my consumer relationship with this store."
