"This store is a bit smaller than other Footlocker stores I've been to. However, because of its size, you get better attention from the team who work there. They're really friendly and helpful. I really don't mind taking the ride out to this location from Oak Park. I've never had a bad experience. I'm a very happy customer."
"Called to see if they had in stock “Nike Air Force 1 Low” They answered the phone No one said anything so I Let them know what I was calling for and a lady said “can you hold” and put me on hold right away. Left Me On Hold For 15 Minutes , until i clicked and called again a couple times the phone line now was “busy”. They answered after various attempts and helped me out but I should have not waited 15 minutes to be helped if they could have looked up in the system in less than 2 Minutes and let me known in the 2 min as-well."
"As soon as I walked into the store I felt unwelcome. The employees were just talking amongst themselves and didn’t greet me as I came in. They didn’t ask if I need help and they were very rude. I was the only person in the store so it wasn’t as if they were busy, which I would have understood. I had to go get an employee myself for the help I needed. Not a place I would want to return to again."
