"Three months ago, I showed up for a Body Burn class at Textured Dance Studio. I was greeted by the owner and main instructor, Damon. Damon’s welcoming presence and positive vibes were felt immediately. Things only got better as we began class which starts with a warm up followed by conditioning exercises then a choreographed routine for about 4 songs for cardio. This workout can be challenging but also SO MUCH FUN! Damon’s infectious energy paired with his choreography/dance skills blew me away. He promotes a judgement free zone where all fitness/dance levels are welcome. I became a member that same day and have been coming to class 4-5 times a week now. I have also tried yoga, contemporary and restorative mobility classes. I highly recommend all of those classes also! I absolutely love the workout and welcoming community I have found at Textured Dance Studio. Highly recommend this studio for anyone looking for a fun and effective workout with wonderful people!"
