"While the ice cream is still by far the best in the area, consistency between locations - and Even staff members can vary. Girl at the 41st street store upcharged me $ .40 for malt powder? I miss the fancy embossed Red WHITEYS logo on my cup. If I'm paying over $6 for a single serving treat, I want to show off to everyone seeing me eat it! Why are the cups generic now? Seems more staffing - or more locations could keep summer lines shorter and more efficient. Yes, Whitey's is still the best, but for the prices could use some improvements."
