"Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience coming to Greenberg Law. In short, I came to here to have legal assistance for a small claims contract issue with a former business parnter. I did receieve a free phone consultation, then visited the office where I explained in full and spoke with a lawyer regarding my issue and what possible solutions there were. The lawyer was very helpful and made me feel confident I could win my contract issue, the consulation was around $475 but I thought this was the right office to go with. I sent over all the requested legal docutments but did not hear anything for nearly 3 months. I sent my first update request and was told someone in the office was on vacation and would return on a certain date, I then sent another update request after still not hearing back and was told one of the lawyers is out the office and will be out the state. I then sent another follow up 3rd update telling them I was upset I was not updated; again this is after nearly 3 months dealing with a stressful legal contract issue that affects me financially. I received a call from the office and received and apology and a refund check for the consulation. This was appreciated and accepted by me, but at the end of the day the one thing that can't be returned to us is time. I spent 3 months hoping to have this resolved ASAP but not have to start the process all over again with another office."
