"Walk ins not welcome. When i first saw this place I was exited to try them out since it is so close to home. Its a family owned business so thought this would be my new go to. My first experience with them wasn't great but the fade was pretty good. When i walked in they didn't really greet me or explain to me how they work i just down and waited for the father to take care of me even though the brothers didn't have any customers. I decided to come back a second time because i liked the fathers barber skills. i walked in and the father was on his way so i waited a bit for the father even though the brothers didn't have customers. The fade was great as it was last time. He gave me a business card and proceeded to walk out. The third time i took my son with me to have a father son moment only to be ruined by their lack of customer service skills. One of the sons had the decency to try and explain they are busy which is expected on a weekend but i could wait and when the father finally cut my sons hair it almost felt like it bothered him. Each time I've been here nobody greets me or takes the time to ask how they can help or what kind of service am I looking for. Skills mean nothing when it comes to working with people you need customer service skills and they lack this greatly. Wish them the best and hope they learn the value of customer service. I suggest you make some signs that explain how you work if you do not wish to take the time to explain this to new customers. If you do not wish to take in new customers remove the open sign as it appears everyone works by appointment there."
