He seemed friendly when he came to give the estimate and was eager to get going but when I was ready to actually get it booked it took days to get him to reply. Then he finally arranged a date with me. The day before I called to confirm and he said he was unable to make it. He picked another day, the Following Thursday. He didn't show up and he won't answer or reply to phone, voicemail or email."
