"Placed my grandfather here for rehabilitation services, the staff was wonderful from the time he got there until he left. We were greeted at the door by the department heads and he had a fully stocked gift basket waiting for him in his room. He stayed for a little over a month and was able to go back home thanks to their acceptional physical and occupational therapy services. Very welcoming and accommodating facility! He enjoyed the activities that were conducted daily, whether it be bingo or just a coffee/ice cream social. Would recommend this facility to anyone who was looking for placement for their family member for LTC or rehab to home."
"My wife was a resident at Meadowbrook Grayville, Il for almost two years. She was DON there for 19 yrs. Those folks treated her like a queen. During her last days on this earth, they proved their love for her. Their dedication to her was shown by their love in the way she was treated. It made her passing much more tolerable. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They even fixed her hair the best they could as she was bedridden. I will never forget the love they showed not just to her but to me also. There is not a better place in southern Illinois. Thanks to everyone who had a part in her care. I love you all."
"Meadowood____ We Love Meadowood! My Mom was a resident when we could no longer care for her at home. We were very pleased with her care, . The Staff and D.O.N were so good to the residents. Everyone is like Family. I appreciated Meadowood so much, I became a CNA there for over 12 years.....I will never forget my years helping at Meadowood.......where Residents are loved and cared for like Family!"
