"A $4.50 coffee plus tax I explained I wanted an Americano with cream that was it nothing else I got a black regular coffee. Not even an americano. You guys owe me money but more than that I want to know how an empty store with no one behind me no one in front of me has such problems putting together the most simple of orders"
"I have come here a few times, everytime I interact with the manager lady, tall Latina, glasses, hair in a bun… she is rude, not helpful, and has zero customer service. -she wouldn’t take my order or my friends, just pointed to the order screen, didn’t even say hi. But took the order of the gentleman behind us? -didn’t tell us she put our donuts at the end of the counter so we were standing around for a bit just waiting. When we asked about our order she just points. We asked if our coffee was done she gave us an attitude and said no. She shouldn’t be a manager with the lack of care for people spending money in her store. This isn’t my first bad experience with her specifically."
"Wife and I went to get our coffee and there was woman names Catalina taking care my wife’s order with a very bad customer service. She state being store manager but the store is full of garbage none one cleans the floor she told my wife that none one else will take her order also told her that if she doesn’t like she can leave because nobody will take her order. This woman shouldn’t be working here. This lady needs to be trained in customer service along with how to process transactions in the system."
"We went there with my kids and they closed the door for the people!! They only serve drive-thru!! What kind of Service was that!!! Boooio They serve 7 days a week but they dont allow people to go inside!!!!"
