"Booked a bath and nail trim with Colton and had an excellent experience! Appointment was on time and there was a ton of communication before, during, and after the groom. I’ve had grooming experiences where the pickup time is around 3 hours after arrival, regardless of how much of a groom is needed (just a bath and nail trim for us!). I dropped my pup off, and he was ready 45 minutes later! Colton even took the time after the groom to show me (a new dog mom) how to safely and correctly grind my dog’s nails at home. Colton and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make our first groom at Kriser’s a positive experience!"

Monica (current manager) has moved mountains in the short time she has been in this location. The current staff is attentive, present and “must love dogs” because Archie can’t get in there fast enough.
