Craig Cummins, MD is an orthopedic surgeon located at 815 Cog Circle in Crystal Lake, Illinois. He has been in practice since 2001 and is board-certified in orthopedic surgery, with an additional board certification in sports medicine, making him one of the few orthopedic surgeons with this distinction. Dr. Cummins is a team physician for Barrington High School and has previously served in the same capacity for Lake Zurich High School. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Cummins is actively involved in teaching and research in the field of orthopedic surgery.
