"Hight quality is not there they miss lot of details plus and the customerr service it's like 6 out of 10 I have to leave mi car extra time with them because they didn't finish when they said it was finish after inspection fail plus they roll down the windows in the car and water or snow leave marks on the doors not good and supervisor so demanding lady even she wants me to do what she said and nop excuse me I'm the customer we don't receive orders from them you guys you guys work for us not us for you"

"Im not gonna lie i went to get an estimate and they high balled crazy. I don’t got much experience with cars and the employees were very rude and didn’t really give me much of a chance to talk unless they were adding charges for stuff that didn’t need to be necessarily fixed. JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!"

"My aunt's rear windshield shattered last week and had to call Gerber for estimation. When asked about the seevice and payment through cash, they can address it. But when my Aunt scheduled an appointment today (thru insurance coverage), no one even came to their house to assess and check for the car. Really disappointing. We just have to find another service provider."

"Unfortunately, I have had to use the services of this Gerber many times. They have always done a great job with the repairs over the 4-5 times I have used them. They work with all the big insurance companies which makes it really easy. This last time there was a long wait for the part on my door. They insisted I needed a new door when other body ships though it could be fixed with just a new “skin”. Gerber was right and it was worth the wait on the part. I believe the other body shop was just trying to get a repair done now with what they could instead of waiting to do it properly. Julian at Gerber communicated perfectly with me in this matter and he was 100% correct. Kevin Vargas really handles himself well too. I had scheduled to pickup my vehicle that was ready at 8:00am on Saturday and nobody was there. I called the number and Kevin was in back and came out to talk to me. Apparently the other estimator who had the keys and was supposed to be here, was running 45 minutes late. Given my schedule, this really messed me up and I was not pleased. I should have handled my reaction better. Yet Kevin stepped up, handled himself perfectly and figured out a way to make it happen and went to someone’s house close by and got another set of keys! He could have just as easily said I need to wait and done nothing, but apologized for the inconvenience. Honestly, that’s probably what I would have done if I were him. He didn’t, instead he took it in stride and solved the problem. When things get tough is when businesses and their people are really tested and their true colors come out. Today, Gerber shined bright. Kevin (who can take a situation like that and turn it around at 8:00am on a Saturday morning), combined with Julian (who is always extremely professional and communicative about the repair process and timeline) and Lianna (who is also fantastic to schedule interface with throughout the process), makes Gerber my absolute go to for the inevitable body work that needs to be done. "I was involved in a non-trivial collision and my insurance company directed me to take my vehicle to this Gerber Collision and Glass location. I had a great experience from estimate to drop off to pick up. This facility has a relationship with Enterprise rentals which made the complication of needing a rental vehicle an absolute breeze. The personnel at the desk were friendly and helpful. They worked with my insurance to work everything out and I was only responsible for paying my copay at the pickup of the vehicle. I received multiple texts about the progress of my vehicle during the repair as well as multiple phone calls to keep me informed. The calls were made by the estimator, Miguel, so I spoke to the same person during each point of contact. There was a slight delay to complete the repair, but the fact that a Miguel called me to inform, explain, and answer questions makes a huge difference. I have included a before and after picture to show how well the vehicle repair worked out. I am not a car expert, but the repair makes it look like there was never any damage to begin with. The quality of their work speaks for itself. I would not hesitate to use this repair shop again for body work."
