"Do not go here for scoliosis care. May daughter has had a brace for almost 1.5 years and we’ve had to take it in to be fixed (strap falling off, sensor falling out, etc) about five different times. I wore a back brace for five years in my youth and never once had a problem like this. The care is extremely subpar and outdated. Stay away."
"Horrible experience my appointment was at 1:30 I call for address guy ne WILLIAMS he told me my appointment is at 12:30 I told him it will take me 45 to commute since I live in schaumburg he said nothing to worry they should be able to accept me But guess what after 25 mile drive they told me at the reception no they cannot take my daughter who is on sever pain If he could have told me on call I would have simple reschedule it Horrible HORRIBLE experience I will not suggest you to take your kids with this kind of environment they are rudeest people all people give totally misinformation wrong dates"
"Please be aware that the facility itself has no idea about billing and will give incorrect information. I have used this provider for 3 years and suddenly my $50 eye exam has astronomical facilities fees added as well as the billing department refusing to charge as a visit. When asked at the visit I was verbally told as long as my insurance was the same there was no changes from last year, that was a lie. Do not go to outpatient facilities, it is not going to be charged as a doctor's appt. They have made their own way of billing to add revenue at parents cost."
"This outpatient center for Lurie's has been our best experience with Lurie's thus far. In person, everyone from the front desk to nursing staff were amazing with our 11 month old for her MRI. Worth the travel for our little one. Anesthesiologist was on point. Our daughter woke up immediately after and had no side effects. Communication was great, I did not have access to take notes for our phone call the day before of information so she sent a message in MyChart."
