"I had to come here last May to find ways to help with vertigo. I went a total of 3 times and started at post it notes and the guys finger to try triggering my vertigo. I have Blue cross insurance and still was charges $1956. They charged the insurance for all kinds fees. I don't recommend this place."
"I came here because the other locations needed a referral to get started. Unfortunately it seemed there were going to be issues with expected payment, insurance, referrals. So it turned out I wasn’t going to be able to see anyone the day I arrived. Luckily, Emily was amazing. She handled everything so nicely, she was extremely sweet and went above and beyond to try and help figure out the problem. She actually ended up seeing me for a short visit to get me started on my goals in the meantime. As a young and very overweight patient, my goals I imagine are a little different than the average patient. I explained things I didn’t like to talk about regarding my health and I swear it was like a therapy session of another kind. I really felt understood in a way even my dietician and therapist had not made me feel. While I’m very sad that I won’t be able to work with her, I highly recommend anyone to work with her. She will make you feel heard, understood, and welcomed. And she is extremely knowledgeable of course. I just wanted to thank you again Emily for the help and kindness you gave me!"
"This place is amazing. Before I went to different physical therapy place because I had different insurance and when my doctor told me that I have try the physical therapy again I wasn’t excited about it because of my previous experience. Emily she was my doctor at PT Solutions and I’m so thankful to her that she took my case. Her technique and courage make me do all the work she asked and now I feel way better than I was before. Now I really believe in physical therapy and I encourage everyone to do it and nobody will do it for you other then yourself and she’s there to guide you how to get it done right. Everyone at the PT Solutions is very friendly and I highly recommend this place. Thank you so much!"
