"Very pleased thus far with the care I've been given here. Dr. Flynn delivered my baby. She and her team did an amazing job! Dr. Flynn has good instincts. She thought to double check my son's position after being induced the night before and sure enough he had flipped over night and we had to do a C-section. My nurse (Angela, I think?) was phenomenal and Agnes has a great sense of humor. I was worried because the hospital is "baby friendly" (look it up if you don't know what that is) and that can sometimes turn into a very toxic situation for someone who needs/chooses to formula feed. Not my experience. They gave me no grief and no pressure when I asked for formula. But! Be sure to advocate for yourself and your baby, always, with any Dr. Make your wishes clear and they will respect it. A note on the receptionists. They've been very friendly with me but I also show up with a kind voice and a smile. I ask them how they're doing an generally treat them like the humans they are. Having worked customer service I know how this simple gesture can make your day. Be nice and they'll be nice to you."
