"I've never had any problems here. Yes sometimes it's a bit of a wait depending on how many sick people are there, who is the worst off etc. And if you can't be seen here then go to the er! No er can turn you away ."

"Horrible experience here. The lady I saw, Heidi, was rude and dismissed my concerns about my hormonal issues without even looking into it. She prescribed me birth control and it took me about two months to actually get it because they sent it to the wrong pharmacy. Tried to contact them many times with no response. The only good thing about this place was the nice nurse I had. Do not come here."

"do NOT come here and put your trust in these people unless you would like to die basically. i was EXTREMELY sick with cdiff which is life threatening and they knew i was sick. the infection wouldn’t go away and it was so scary. i went in for my follow up appointment to try and see what i could do to make it go away. and then and there at the front desk in from of the entire waiting room they told me they were dropping me as a patient due to “no shows” on my appointments. now i had proof that i called to reschedule and that it wasn’t a no show but they wouldn’t even listen to me at all. not only did they drop me from this location but they dropped me from EVERY morris hospital clinic. which at this time i had tons of doctors trying to help cure my deadly infection. so when they did that i was left with ZERO healthcare while having a deadly infection that was killing me. i cried to the front desk lady that i was sick and needed a doctor. there was NO empathy. NO listening. i went outside and cried in their parking lot for an hour. i never felt so scared for my health. a patient that was sitting in the waiting room and overheard, came out to comfort me. i ended up being sick for 8 months with this deadly infection. i ended up finding a new doctor after a long process and the infection eventually went away. but since it was left untreated for so long. i have TONS of complications from it and i suffer everyday despite being infection free. these people do not care and made me experience the most scary and traumatic thing i have medical ptsd now."

"I went to get seen at this quick care one i waited for an hour to be seen, sat in pain and coughing uncontrollable in the waiting room. Then when I was seen i was told i had acute bronchitis and acute sinusitis and was told i was getting an antibiotic,1 nebulizer and cough medication with codeine for pain. Now on my chart it showed all my medication i take and what I'm allergic to so when i walked out the door no one told me i couldn't get my cough medication i found out after my medication was picked up and then called the quick care back and they all was rude and told me to go to my Dr. If i knew that i would of drove the hour to see my Dr. Being an charge nurse and a practitioner they should of know what i could take and not take before offering it to me now i sit no releif for my throat or the pain in my throat. If I was you i would think twice about going there for help go to riverside quick care at least they know what their doing me and my family will never go there again for anything."

"I was passing through IL and having trouble with one ear. I could not hear. I stopped in on Saturday. The checking process was super easy. Everyone up front was smiling and helpful. After a short wait Nicole brought me back to be seen. She was super friendly and efficient. I could tell she was great at what she does. After she checked me out I waited for the Nurse Practitioner. Susan was so easy going and helpful. Within a few minutes she had me figured out. Smiling and friendly the entire time, she finished the diagnosis and provided me with a game plan. When you need Healthcare and you are traveling, it can be a freaky experience. This turned out to be a great experience. I am thankful for the team here."
