"Doctors are very good, however getting in to see one on time is absurd! Have had two appointments in the past two weeks, BOTH appointments had over an hour wait! The least the office could do when running that far behind is give you a courtesy call. I had to pull my daughter out of school and make special arrangements in my work schedule to get her to the appointment. We got to her appointment on time and sat in the waiting room for an hour and 30 minutes! Offices must realize that people make arrangements in their personal and work schedules for these appointments! If a patient is running late common courtesy is to call the office and let them know, why can’t that common courtesy be carried out by doctor offices?"

"I cannot recommend Rezin Therapy highly enough. I came to them with a knee issue in summer 2019, and after a few weeks of PT my knee was in great shape. I do taekwondo, and I felt pain doing specific kicks, so Ben and Shawn spent time with me going through the physics of a roundhouse kick to pinpoint exactly where my knee was not functioning properly, and then they personalized my routine to strengthen parts of the knee to get me back to kicking without pain. Then, about a month later I had an issue with another part of the same leg. I called them up for advice, and Shawn had me come in that day for a quick consultation to find out what was wrong and develop a plan for recovery. The PT team is awesome at Rezin, and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who needs PT."

I have had appt. in Morris and Ottawa locations. They are very efficient with what they do. My knee replacements are a success. I would recommend this company!"

"Wish I could give negative stars. I don't even know where to start.. Had an appointment there and took the afternoon off work to be there on time- I walked in the door and literally right after I sat down they informed me that the doctor would not be there for at least another hour. What a waste of a day off work. Not to mention you have to make a separate appointment for each ache and pain, even if the same doctor treats both body parts. Went to one appointment for knee pain- doctor spent 2 minutes in the room with me to tell me there was nothing he could do. When I mentioned that I also had pain in my wrist, he told me to make another appointment and come back. For what? So he can tell me that there's nothing he can do? When I tried to contact an office manager to respectfully voice my concern, no one would return my call. Very frustrated with the lack of care given to their patients. They clearly are in this for the business aspect and that's it."

"Was referred over to them by ATI and my GP. Never got a return phone call from them. I had to keep calling from different phone numbers because they would not answer my call. I got hung up on and they tried to say the call was disconnected. Got told three doctors turned me down, when asked why they lied and said they were not told why. All BS.....this place is a complete joke and I wouldn’t send anyone there. Don’t waste your time with these doctors, it’s excuse after excuse and they keep telling you they’ll call the next day and NEVER do!"
