"Nice staff but waiting for an hour (so far) and still haven’t seen the dr. My daughter has school that’s why I made the appointment so early. Her appointment was at 8 and it’s 9 still haven’t seen the dr. We waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes before being called back. My advice don’t go here if you don’t have all day to spend"
"At one time they were very good and helpful. My wife had cataract surgery and I was told my wife would not need glasses if she got corrective lense so we went that route even though our cost was $3,450. We are on social security and this was a big chunk of our income. Ended up my wife could not see as well and she still had to have glasses. I asked fir a partial refund to help us and was turned down. I am sorry we had this done."
"The staff is usually very friendly and efficient! I had about a 25-30min wait, but I had also called in to change my appt time which they conveniently did for me. The exam was, I believe, one of the most thorough and comprehensive I have ever had, and Dr. Williams showed real interest and concern for my questions and any issues I had."
"All staff very friendly and very helpful. Doctor did a very good job of explaining things and taking time with me. Only bad thing was after was put in room to wait on eye exam, had to wait 30 minutes. Very professional staff."
"My name is David Owens and my wife Patricia Prewitt just picked up her glasses 6/4/21, and had the most rude service from a young lady name Kendall my wife told her she was there to pickup her glasses and this young lady went and got the glasses returned and just handed them to her and went back to what she was doing if I’m not mistaken are they not suppose to make sure the glasses fit correctly my wife unwrapped them put them on and said they fit nice then Kendall had the audacity to say “oh they fit ok” first off Kendall you had no right to respond to her since you showed no courtesy to my wife. Marion Eye Center if you want to keep returning customers this staff member need to show better customer service to the customers."
