"Young lady at the lab was very rude. We took our 5year old daughter for the blood work on Friday 02/16/24 @3:30pm, but the lady she couldn’t get the blood out at first attempt after that she didn’t even try for the second attempt she escaped by saying that kid is shaking hands too much, obviously small kids will get freaked out if it’s blood draw she didn’t try to divert the kid, she was just handling my kid like an adults. Don’t know why people are so annoying and rude. We were not even about next steps. she told us we needed to go to a different lab so the staff could deal with kids better. Why should we wasted time in traveling and booking this appointment when they don’t know how to draw blood for a kids then they should have informed us before get there. This is really terrible. Worst experience!! I would never prefer this lab."

"The little one needed to see a specialist because of multiple strep throat cases. The place is a little far for us, but you take what you can get for a needed appointment. Check in was super easy and even better if you do it all online before your appointment. The place and staff we dealt with were very nice and all things considered it worked out well for us today."
"I use this facility for my blood draws now since BG closes before I get off of work. Welcoming experience by the front desk woman- The lab tech got it done once she came out. I was the only one there and waited approximately 10 minutes. Would have given 5 stars otherwise!"
"I went to see Dr. Judy Chen for cauterization of my nose due to routine and frequent nose bleeds. She diagnosed broken blood vessels and her treatment was application of ointment. I was then sent a bill for $1200, $800 of which was for "endoscopic surgery" aka her using a camera to "diagnose" my nosebleeds without my consenting to the $800 surgical procedure. I would stay FAR FAR away from this office as it is clear their priorities are to use unnecessary procedures to extract financial benefit. This doctor is a personification of exactly what is wrong with today's healthcare system."
