"Every time I am here I wait at least 30+ minutes in a closed door room. In the past I usually left but today 1/16/24 I have a 1120 appointment. It’s currently 12pm and I’m still in the room. Haven’t been seen. I’m convinced they forget about you lol. I usually go to Arlington Heights Rand Road location and have never had an issue. The three times I’ve been here I’ve either left or had to ask where the doctor is. Such a rip off paying a $50 copay to maybe be seen.i have to make sure I schedule appointments where I can wait around for at least an hour and not cater to my kids. The ultrasound tech is very nice though. Update its after 12 and I’m leaving."

"The fastest drs appt I every had! I felt bad cause I was running late but usually there’s a wait anyways at the drs office… but they were ready and waiting for me as soon as I go there! Dr was Margaret was great. Lab is in same building in my network so that makes it so much easier & cheaper! Going back for my lab work soon to check on fertility. Schaumburg building is hard to find through gps It will take you to the mall, best thing is to type in Olive Garden & look for the building beside it Also took months to get appt with my crazy schedule, so plan ahead"
"The entire staff and doctors were wonderful. I am a new patient switching gynecologists after being with my old gyne for 30 years. The ladies at the front desk, to the nurse and my new doctor were so helpful, kind and really took their time to understand my history and situation. So happy to be a new “member” of this practice. "Upon walking into the office, I was greeted warmly by one of the receptionists. I started filling out new patient paperwork and within 5 minutes I was called back by a nurse. She recorded information and after she left the doctor came in shortly. I felt very comfortable with all of the staff at WomanCare. I received my results the following day."
