"I recommend that no one goes to this facility they ruined my life and now I have a lawsuit pending against them they have the nerve to slap me with a $3000 bill from a hospital not even from them they are money hungry and thirsty especially Eva the front desk coordinator she is all about the money she won’t even acknowledge you unless you pull your credit card out. If you know what they did to me they dropped me as a client because of a previous bill for another Doctor Who I have a lawsuit against for overdosing me almost killing me I strongly suggest that no one goes to this facility I will see them in court and I will get my justice from them. The bill was out of Christ hospital for service is done out of Christ hospital not for service is done out of their clinic yet Eva is persistent and thirsty as usual to get $3000 no one can come up for $3000 at the drop of a hat especially when they live paycheck to paycheck You’re going to deduct that $3000 from the $1 million lawsuit that I slap against you for pulling putting my risk putting my health at risk and knowing I can go to severe withdraws and end up in the hospital or even die from seizures but you don’t care either you just want to collect your money"

"the therapists are awesome, but the one receptionist at the front desk is rude. She has an attitude and literally made me cry this morning over a miscommunication over scheduling. This is insane to me seeing as she is dealing with mental health patients. I have also heard her complaining about patients and calls while in the office waiting for my appointment, to me that just seems weird. The other two receptionists that I’ve met are sweet as can be."

"I am so frustrated and disappointed with the unprofessional and disrespectful service by the front office. The doctor and the behavior therapist, Gina, are awesome. However, the front office refused to schedule an appointment in order to refill my medication due to $305 balance that my insurance didn’t cover. I asked them to pay portion of it, and payments plan. They refused and said that I have to pay it in full before schedule it and refill my medication. I am now out of one medication and the other one will run out in 5 days. I really don’t know what to do. I am not prepared to cut off my medication cold turkey like this, and I don’t know the side effects that going to happen from the sudden withdrawal of medication. You can imagine when you are a dad and you have a family and you are punished with not giving you medication because you are not able to pay the $305 in full. Regardless it is my fault or not, which I was waiting to see if my insurance was going to cover it, I think humility should be first of all in this case."

"Absolutely the worst. The therapist was fine. However, their interest is clearly money and not their patients. I have been refused prescriptions for not paying a $30 bill that I hadn't yet received. It's difficult without dealing with having to call them EVERY month for prescriptions that require you to call "no more than 3 days before you run out". Takes multiple calls to get prescriptions and long times waiting on hold. Staff are rude when you complain. Appointments are inconvenient. I called on a Saturday to cancel a Monday appointment and was charged $50 because they didn't receive my message on a weekday. Adriana and the manager are the less than helpful. When you attempt to resolve your frustration, their response is that "you signed the paperwork." Low level staff treats you with no respect."
