"Very very bad experienced, I came inn the guy who worked there, did not even say hi , when I came to the store, that bold guy was on the phone n didn’t bother to say anything, but I was really willing to buy so asked him prices and because I asked few questions, he judged me, that I am not willing to buy like I don’t have money! This guy has no costumer service, very rude n l lazy to answer questions if I were u guys don’t come to this placed, the bold guy don’t care at all, if he is the owner this place will not have a business I came here before n supported this place, the first time I came to this store, someone wanted ed to close them down so he asked for signature for the costumers not to close this down, I regret I signed that time, very very rude and no costumer service personality at all.i would not even give him a star but no choice"

"Bought a beautiful Epiphone SG last week, don't really know how to play but I'm just a beginner. Went to Family Jewelry & Loan to look to see if they had a amplifier, I've been there a couple times before looking at their guitars. They had a nice Marshall Amp that even had sound effects "Nice". Started to play the Amp after the lady behind the counter was nice enough to tell me to use a guitar off the wall. Was a person leaning on the glass counter hanging around all this time commenting on how I don't know how to play guitar and when I was trying to bargain on the price with the cashier lady the person was commenting that I made her do all of this for nothing if I don't buy it. Suggestion: If you let Riff Raff hang around your business interfere with your sales you are going to lose your sales."
