"No stars!!!!!! They change owners and I pay for glasses that I can't even see out of REALLY?? AND they just want to argue with you & want to add more $$$ to fix something that I paid for initially!??? I will definitely be taking these brand new glasses to a different eye Dr for them to see how these new owners are ripping off customers and giving them worse producg than you walk in wearing with a 2 years old pair!!!!!"

"Do not trust this company! I Purchased insurance on my Brand New EXPENSIVE OAKLEY Prescription glasses. I never buy insurance. Most likely because of what they did to me. 3 months later, which is today I had an emergency at ER . Glasses are gone either I lost them or stolen. It Makes no difference how they are gone . So I did what any other person would do is call them. Great news I have insurance. Bad news ! I get 50 percent off. On 750.OO. That is not what they told me. Cost me nothing! I know the scam ! Glasses are Marked enough to protect themselves so they won't lose . Now Making 2 profits , I guess one profit isn't enough these days. One thing they didn't realize .I have been living in Bloomingdale over 35 years. What was that saying? About word of mouth. I HAVE A BIG MOUTH !!"

"I had my first ever appointment yesterday. This was one of the best optometry appointments I’ve had. I switched practices because I felt like I was not being taken care of at my last. What an experience!! I say, I had my first real eye doctor appointment in over 10 years. I felt very comfortable, I was able to express my concerns and everyone was very helpful. My parents, my sister and I were all going to the same doctor. They are now thinking about switching as well."
