"Asked them to fix my vaccum, which they did, but they also gave it a full cleaning and then some. It was a lightly used vacuum. I asked for the repair, but was charged for repair and cleaning... Update: same problem with my vacuum popped up again so I opted to buy a new vacuum instead of getting it repaired."

I took it somewhere else & they found a new motor the same day & it was not an expensive repair at all. Shame on you Conrad’s for your $30 charge of scamming customers & not even attempting services."

Staff is very helpful in figuring out what issues with cleaning you have, and how to make them easier. Nothing beats customer service at an independent business."

"Great Advice. My sisters' dog gets skunked a few times each year. I mentioned this to the owner, Deb, and she recommended a dry powder product (can't remember it's name). I bought a bag of it. My sister just notified me that her dog got skunked and the product worked great. Hearing that from such an "experienced" dog owner was impressive to me. I have had several other cleaning challenges that I have asked Deb about. She has suggested products (shower cleaner, tile floor cleaner) that have done a great job for me. I am very impressed with Conrad Co and highly recommend them."
