"This company has abandoned a kitchen cabinet installation that I paid full price for. They refuse to call me back with accurate details on when they will finish the project. I have paid thousands and they do not provide truthful information when asked for an update. When they do pick up the phone to provide an update its deceptive information. They have rescheduled the project continuously and this has been going on for over a month! They are do not understand how to resolve problems and do not listen to the customers. They will take your money and treat you like an afterthought. Do not use this company for anything unless you want a drawn out process that will become a burden. Additionally, the workers are careless and they damaged the work they did complete on the cabinets by scrapping the cabinets with the counter tops I paid for them to install. Furthermore, they accused me of doing something to the materials when I reported that their workers damaged the cabinets. The workers do not lay down tarps over any of the work they have done, so scuffs and scratches accumulate over the expense materials that were paid for to be installed. I even wrote a comment on the counter top installation contract they made me sign that they damaged the cabinets, as proof of the damages. At this point I just want what I am due and that is a completed cabinet set. This company has sent workers out here with broken tools, no tools, and inexperienced contractors that don’t know how to do the job they were paid to do. At this point they are simply playing in my face. They will come out to the house look at the cabinets and say to my face they can’t finish because I was given the wrong crown molding, or that their saw is broken, or that the other installers messed up so now they cannot do x,y, and x. It’s ridiculous and the list of excuses keep growing, they don’t even communicate with each other so that these issues get resolved. This company has no customer service skills and refuse to make right what they have severely wronged. You know how to reach me if you would like to discuss finishing my kitchen, give me a call."

I will break it down in details for those like me who like to read reviews. The positives: The urban line is wonderful. We picked up Monday, today's Friday, I have already gotten SO many compliments from people. My kitchen looks exactly what I wanted and at the price I wanted it. I would do it over again and make the same purchase. They are plywood, no particle board, so good quality. The white is beautiful. Soft close. I just am in love with them. They are not very heavy, so installation was easy. We traveled 7 hours to get them because where we live in northern michigan they didn't come close in comparison for price and quality. The woman at the desk was super friendly and paitent with our changes we made when we arrived. But she was not over the phone. She wasn't mean, but she was very rushed and I think the language barrier came across as unfriendly over the phone. But I promise you, in person she's a sweetheart. So don't let that stop you from ordering. I think this company is too busy to only have one person that does phones, emails and is working the front desk. But that's my personal opinion. Zain was great in person, but was busy so didn't see him around much at pick up. But he is very good with customers. The negatives: The ordering process was SO drawn out. I found this company through Facebook. So between talking to them on Facebook, then on emails, and also on the phone, it literally took almost a month before getting my order actually ordered. Then they had 2 delays in shipment. Which I don't ding them for because they have no control over that. But I was not notified. I had to call like 10 times and email several times before being told there was a hold up at the boarder. So a customer shouldn't have to hound the business. The business should be calling the customers. I think they were too busy and didn't get to it. Which is good for them, means they are making money. But not great for customer. They need more employees. The delays were an inconvience but so was the lack of communication. But even so, I would still purchase again. The things we disliked the most about the experience were these. Our order was not ready when we arrived. So we were there for 3.5 hours. And because of the rushed assembly, there was quite a bit of imperfections. Thankfully they don't show but IF I had a do over. We would have assembled ourselves. Even though 20 is a good price, you get what you pay for I guess. After 7 hour drive, waiting 3.5 hours suuuucked, it put us getting home at 330 AM!!! And the last thing. Our quartz vanity top, broke into 5 pcs during transport. Which I ultimately blame ourselves. BUT I'm not impressed that they didn't tell us, since they are the countertop professionals, that it needed to be transported vertically. We later found out from a professional up here in our city, that everyone who deals with granite or quartz knows even carrying it is suppose to be done vertically and especially transporting. They carried it to us horizontally and laid it down flat horizontally. Again, I don't ding them because it's our responsibility ultimately. But it would have been superior customer service had they told us that, had they spoken up and said you need to figure out a different way to transport that. Because we have never owned anything granite or quartz, so we didn't know it had to be transported a certain way. It didn't come in a box or anything, just exposed. And we laid it flat on blankets. My husband travels for auctions for a living, packaging and shipping is something he does all day. He figured that would have been good enough. But it wasn't. One of our sinks broke too. Up here it will take my whole weeks paycheck to replace that mistake. So yeah. We weren't happy with everything. But we are glad we have the cabinets and would purchase them again and recommend them. Just assemble yourself!"

"Everything was great at the beginning, was able to order all counter tops get them scheduled for delivery and pay in full with delivery added (which was a mistake). We where told we would get a call a couple days before the delivery. WE had to call the day before scheduled delivery and ask about delivery since my husband had to take the day off and the contractor had to be available as well. They called me back and told me the delivery was moved a week after (no big deal people make mistakes, fine with me). Following week comes still no call so we call Wednesday they state they will be delivered Thursday, we call Thursday never mind it is now Friday when it will get delivered. Friday comes along husband takes the day off, are contractor also coming Friday to check them. 11 comes around still no updated on delivery. We call once again according to the lady we spoke to they are barley being built (still makes no sense to me)? but they will still be delivered around 5. 6 comes around and nothing we try to call them to get an update and to our surprise we get the office is closed voice message. (Safe to assume no one is coming) We leave a very upset voice mail to get a call back Saturday. My phone shows a missed call at 7:40 and vm which I check at about 8:15. To my surprise it is them stating they are outside to deliver. They end up leaving because we aren't home. But Never have a heard of a delivery being done at almost 8pm or without notice. The following day we get no follow up call nothing, I do get a nasty email stating the I would be charged $30 of a storage fee if I do not pick up my cabinets. I call them to let them know what happened and the lady starts being super rude and sounds as if its our fault this happened. Super unprofessional. They did end up coming back to deliver (we paid for delivery though). But overall not the best customer service not helpful at all and super rude. This would be the last time we purchase anything from them."

"Appalling customer service, produced an incorrect order for my vanity spec despite an in person, phone call and receipt clearly detailing requirements for a fake top drawer to accommodate a centered under mount sink. They were nearly a week delayed in completion date. Did not offer an apology nor a responsible and appropriate business response to fix the situation, instead further making it my problem. The staff seems improperly trained in the industry. Would not recommend."

"Quality of cabinets and workmanship are good, both installers, cabinet and countertop are professional. The owner, Aman, is very helpful and knowledgeable. Once you deal with him make sure that you stay in contact only with him until the job is completed. He’d fulfill your dream tirelessly."
